When the House was discussing the issue of acute drinking water scarcity in various parts of the country especially in drought affected regions, Mahajan told some unruly members

“Will you get water if you shout at me? If you get water by shouting at me, keep shouting,”

The Speaker’s comments came during the Question Hour.
