Skipper Sourav Ganguly on Sunday praised his deputy Rahul Dravid for putting India in the winning position in the second cricket Test and attributed the final day's first-ball dismissal of Younis Khan as the turning point in his team's emphatic win over Pakistan.
"After the last game in Mohali, we did pretty well here with Rahul putting us in the position to win the game," Ganguly said after India won the Test by 195 runs.
The skipper also praised the bowlers for doing well despite the hot and humid condition saying, "It's been always like this at Eden. But the bowlers did well."
Ganguly said the dismissal of Sahhid Afridi on Saturday evening and Younis Khan on Sunday morning turned the match in favour of the Indians.
"Luckily, we got Afridi yesterday. A wicket on the first ball was also good as from then we started putting pressure on Pakistan," he said.
Pakistan captain Inzamam-ul Haq said his side got some opportunities but could not grab them.
"We did not grab the opportunities. We did not score 500 which we should have in the first innings.

Inzamam also said Pakistan failed to put up a combined effort.
"Younis Khan, Yousuf Youhana made some effort but overall it was not a combined effort," he said and added that they needed more "mental toughness" to level the series in Bangalore.
