Poonam Bhagat, wife of industrialist Jaidev Shroff, was granted anticipatory bail by a sessions court on Wednesday. The court imposed some conditions on her over the complaint filed by her husband.

One of conditions says Poonam will have to go to the police station every day from April 28 to May 3 and every Monday after that until the charge sheet is filed. The court has also asked her to not leave the city or country without prior permission.

While the couple are embroiled in a messy divorce battle, Shroff who heads the Rs2,000-crore United Phosphorous Limited, had filed a complaint against Poonam for allegedly spiking his juice with poison on March 25.
