Sonu Nigam tweets more clarification: Mentioned temples, gurudwaras too

Singer Sonu Nigam, who complained about being forcefully woken up by morning azaan, has tweeted more clarification that he isn’t against only mosques’ use of loudspeakers but temples and gurudwaras too.

After being trolled for his controversial Twitter rant against azaan, Sonu Nigam talked more on the issue, saying, “When I am talking about Loudspeakers, I did mention Temples and Gurudwaras too.”

Sonu, who was woken up to the sound of Azaan early in the morning, took social media by storm after terming the practice as “forced religiousness,” on April 17.
