One Direction member and singer Harry Styles has reportedly decided not to attempt to break into Hollywood while his super popular band One Direction’s hiatus.

Although the singer has been tipped for Hollywood success while the boyband is on hiatus, Styles has decided he wants to focus on music and enlisted the help of One Direction songwriter Jamie Scott to help him compete with Zayn Malik, reported Daily Mirror.
“Harry is aware he was the most popular member of the band but is determined not to end up in a Robbie Williams-Gary Barlow situation or play second fiddle to Zayn. Zayn beat Harry out of the traps by getting his solo material out first but Harry is confident playing the long game will pay off,” a source said.
“Unlike Zayn, Harry doesn’t want to stray too far and alienate the 1D fan base - but he does want to make his own mark. Jamie knows how to write a song that suits Harry’s voice.”
Malik quit One Direction in March, nine months before they went on hiatus and recently had a worldwide number one with his debut solo single Pillowtalk.
