Kulbir Singh Assandh, an activist of Bhindrawale Tiger Force (BTF) and his accomplice Rajinder Singh alias Raj, were arrested during a search operation near GT Road here, police said.

HS Mann, senior superintendent of police (SSP) Fatehgarh Sahib said that following a tip off Rajinder Singh and Kulbir Singh were arrested while they were travelling in a Skoda car near GT Road here on late Friday evening.

He added both are involved in smuggling of drugs from a long time.
