Superstar Vijay to work with director Bharathan

Tamil actor Vijay and director Bharathan will soon be working together in their untitled film. Bharathan, who had directed Vijay in Azhagiya Tamizh Magan, will pen the story, screenplay and dialogue.

Tamil actor Vijay will soon be joining hands with director Bharathan for his next untitled film, to be produced by Vijaya Productions. The Kaththi star will team up with P Bharathy Reddy’s Vijaya Productions, which has a series of hits under its banner including Enga Veetu Pillai.

Bharathan, who had directed Vijay in Azhagiya Tamizh Magan, will pen the story, screenplay and dialogue, according to an official release. The rest of the cast and technical crew was being finalised, the release said.

Chimbudeven’s ambitious project Puli, which starred a bevy of stars like Vijay, Sridevi, Sudeep, Hansika Motwani and Shruti Haasan, failed miserably on the box office.
