Vedalam’s Telugu remake to star Pawan Kalyan

Superstar Pawan Kalyan with star in the Telugu remake of Ajith-starrer Vedalam. He is currently busy with a film by director SJ Suryah.

The Tamil blockbuster from 2015, Vedalam starring Ajith, is going in for a Telugu remake. The yet untitled film will star popular actor Pawan Kalyan.

“Kalyan had given his verbal consent to star in the remake a few months ago. Director RT Neason, who had directed Vijay-starrer Jilla, is in talks to helm the project,” said a source close to Kalyan.

This project, however, will only go on the floors next year as Kalyan is gearing up to start working on a yet-untitled Telugu project with filmmaker SJ Suryah.

It is also rumoured that Kalyan’s project with Suryah is the remake of Tamil film Veeram.
