Bigg Boss Tamil contestants Mahat and Yaashika’s intimacy on the show has been spoken about by many and speculated by fans. Some call it scripted while others find it distasteful. When Mahat had entered the show, he had spoken about his girlfriend Prachi and how he would miss her. He even spoke to cameras after entering the house in the hopes that she would get to see him. However, his increasing closeness to fellow contestant Yaashika resulted in not just fans, but even celebrities who entered the house to comment on it. On Tuesday’s episode, Mahat said that he is in love with Yaashika, but he also has Prachi in his mind.
After this incident, her fans on social media, showed their sympathy for Prachi. This led to Prachi sharing a video on Instagram announcing that she is not with Mahat anymore. The video is of Mahat confessing how much he loves her. Sharing the video, she wrote, “This is how #mahat went inside the house, I sent someone whom I love and we planned our life around the bigg boss timming etc. I am making my personal life public so that ppl who are bombarding my social media with msgs of sympathy or filthy things - plz know that Mahat went inside the house life this! He was in love and I still am.... To answer everyone - I am not with him anymore, but I will meet him in Person and discuss everything (sic).”
She added, “He is in love with Yaashika and that’s open now, I am hurt but this will not change my life and I will take care of myself. He is mean to Mumtaz and his only well wisher Janani, he is not standing for her too! It’s a humble Request to everyone plz stop asking me anything about him, thank you for all the msgs and concern that you have shown, it’s my personal life and I will take care. I AM NOT WITH MAHAT SO PLEASE LEAVE MY SOCIAL MEDIA FOR MY WORK (sic).” The post has since been taken down.

This had hurt Yaashika and Mahat too had started to maintain a distance. However, the more Mahat tried to stay awat, Yaashika was conffused about their relationship and she confronted Mahat about why he was creating this distance.
