The city seems to have a new celeb visitor from Hollywood who was spotted strolling in Janpath market on Friday, towed by a dazed assistant lugging around parcels of newly bought Indian outfits and another one carrying a camera.
We’re talking about American television reality star, Lauren Conrad, who we saw shopping in Janpath with a friend.
Dressed in a pink and black maxi-dress and strappy sandals, the 27-year-old actor and fashion designer seemed she was enjoying the anonymity.
But when we asked if she was indeed Lauren Conrad, the Laguna Beach star smiled and said, “No” before quickly disappearing inside a shop. Strangely, Conrad uploaded a photograph of herself shopping at the same market the next day, which more or less evidenced her presence!
Lauren, we get your need to have a relaxed shopping spree sans paparazzi, but it would have been really nice to know more about your next collection.
