According to insiders, parting was not unexpected and that currently Balaji is on a revamp mode in a bid to spruce up its current TRP downslide.

The buzz is that recently many employees of Balaji have been asked to opt out. Yet another Creative Head Suraj Rao who has been directing Balaji shows for eleven years is also no longer a Balaji employee.

According to sources, Nivedita Basu is being seen at producer Moti Sagar’s office, so it is spectualted that she may join their production house.

Nivedita Basu has played a crucial role in Balaji Telefilms's, success story and was part of Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, Kahaani Ghar Ghar Ki and Kasauti Zindagi Ki.
