TV actor Roop Durgapal says her grandfather inspired her to read books.
Roop, known for her roles in shows like Balika Vadhu and Swaragini, looks up to her late maternal grandfather D.S. Bhatt.

“He was known for his honesty, discipline and for being a taskmaster. It always makes me proud to be part of such an educated family,” Roop said in a statement.
