The Defenders: Jessica, Luke, Matt and Danny come together for a stylish new poster
Netflix has revealed the stylish new poster for The Defenders starring Charlie Cox, Krysten Ritter, Mike Colter and Finn Jones.
Netflix has released the key art for their upcoming original series Marvel’s The Defenders.
The show’s social media pages also debuted motion images of each of the four Defenders -- Matt Murdock/Daredevil (Charlie Cox), Jessica Jones (Krysten Ritter), Luke Cage (Mike Colter) and Danny Rand/Iron Fist (Finn Jones) on Facebook and Twitter.
The Defenders, which premieres globally on Netflix on August 18, 2017 at 12:01am PT follows Matt, Jessica, Luke and Danny, a quartet of singular heroes with one common goal – to save New York City.
This is the story of four solitary figures, burdened with their own personal challenges, who realise they just might be stronger when teamed together.
The series follows the releases of Daredevil , Jessica Jones, Luke Cage and Iron Fist.
Additional cast members include Academy-Award nominated actor Sigourney Weaver (Alexandra), Elodie Yung (Elektra), Scott Glenn (Stick), Deborah Ann Woll (Karen Page), Elden Henson (Foggy Nelson), Carrie-Anne Moss (Jeri Hogarth), Rachael Taylor (Trish Walker), Eka Darville (Malcolm Ducasse), Simone Missick (Misty Knight) and Jessica Henwick (Colleen Wing).
