Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) bowler Digvesh Rathi is in trouble once again — and this time, it’s serious. During the IPL 2025 clash between LSG vs SRH, Rathi’s infamous notebook celebration triggered a heated altercation with Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) opener Abhishek Sharma. After dismissing Sharma in the 8th over, Rathi pulled out his trademark celebration — but it didn’t sit well with the batter. What followed was an intense face-off that led to both players being fined by the BCCI under the IPL Code of Conduct. This was Rathi’s third offense this season, taking his tally to 5 demerit points, resulting in a 1-match suspension — he will now miss LSG’s game against Gujarat Titans on May 22.
