Alwar: Bulldozers raze 300-year-old Shiva temple in Rajasthan

Amid ongoing bulldozer politics in Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and New Delhi, the district administration in Rajasthan's Alwar razed a 300-year-old, Shiva temple in Rajasthan's Alwar. The Lord Shiva temple in Alwar district's Rajgarh town was demolished using bulldozer and idols were destroyed using a cutter. The video of the temple demolition is going viral on social media. A massive political controversy has erupted over the issue, with BJP slamming Congress government of Rajasthan. However, the ruling party has washed its hands off the demolition claiming that the Rajgarh municipality is being ruled by the BJP and the action has been taken by BJP.
