‘Assam's Baibhav': Ratan Tata honoured by Himanta with state's highest award

• Eminent industrialist and philanthropist Ratan Tata was honoured with the Assam Baibhav in Mumbai. Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma conferred the state's highest civilian award to the chairman of Tata Trust. Due to personal and health reasons, Ratan Tata couldn't attend the main ceremony on January 24 in Assam where the governor awarded 18 other personalities from different fields with the state's highest civilian honour.
