Prime Minister Narendra Modi gifted Russian President Vladimir Putin a Russian-language translation of the Thirukkural, the celebrated Tamil classic by poet and philosopher Thiruvalluvar, during their bilateral meeting in New Delhi on the sidelines of the 18th BRICS Summit.
