Chandrayaan-3 is all set to attempt a historic soft-landing on the south pole of the Moon on August 23. The Indian scientist community is confident that Chandrayaan-3, unlike its predecessor, would land despite all odds. Former ISRO advisor Dr Surendra Pal told Hindustan Times’ Aditi Prasad the reasons behind the optimism.
