From Covaxin's phase 3 trial to China locking down Hebei, here are the top updates on the coronavirus pandemic. Bharat Biotech enrolled over 25,000 volunteers for the phase 3 trial of their vaccine Covaxin. Covaxin is one of the two vaccines to get DCGI nod in India. Meanwhile, Union health minister Dr. Harsh Vardhan held a meeting with health ministers of states and union territories. The minister asked to stop misinformation on vaccines. Harsh Vardhan said over 30 crore people will be inoculated after vaccine roll-out. Also, China locked down the largest city in Hebei province to prevent the spread of Covid after Hebei reported 51 of 52 local cases on Thursday, as per media reports.
