'Over 75 yrs...': Amid Covid crisis, govt points at past lapses on healthcare

  • India's external affairs minister Subrahmanyam Jaishankar commented on the pressure on India's healthcare system amid the second, and worst yet, wave of Covid-19 infections. The minister said that over the past 75 years, India had under-invested in the healthcare system.
