'Over 75 yrs...': Amid Covid crisis, govt points at past lapses on healthcare

India's external affairs minister Subrahmanyam Jaishankar commented on the pressure on India's healthcare system amid the second, and worst yet, wave of Covid-19 infections. The minister said that over the past 75 years, India had under-invested in the healthcare system.
