Watch: Delhi allows bars, parks to reopen; Unlock amid 3rd wave warnings

- With Covid-19 cases continuing to decline in the national capital, authorities allowed fresh relaxation in the lockdown. Bars have been allowed to open with 50% capacity from 12 noon to 10 pm. Restaurants can also function with 50% seating from 8 am to 10 pm. Public parks, gardens, golf clubs, and outdoor Yoga has been allowed as well. However, there are orders to ensure strict adherence of Covid protocol. Watch the full video for more.
