NASA's SpaceX Crew-12 mission returned to Earth after nearly eight months in space, with its Dragon capsule splashing down in the Pacific Ocean off California on October 8. The four crew members—NASA astronauts Jessica Meir and Jack Hathaway, ESA astronaut Sophie Adenot, and Roscosmos cosmonaut Andrey Fedyaev—exited the capsule after their mission aboard the International Space Station.
