Ashes 2017: England still in the series despite 2 losses, says Joe Root

With a realistic chance of a victory vs Australia, England cricket team went into the final day of the second Ashes Test in Adelaide on Wednesday (6th December) with hope that was dashed with Chris Woakes falling to the second ball of the day and skipper Joe Root exiting in the third over. Australia wrapped up the 120-run win, taking less than two hours to capture the six remaining wickets. Steve Smith and Co. nowhave a 2-0 lead in the series but Root still feels England are in it, having shown their mettle, albeit in patches (Video Courtest: SNTV).
