Delcy Rodriguez to assume Venezuelan president post after Trump takes Maduro to USA on drug charges

Venezuela’s Supreme Court declares that President Nicolás Maduro’s “kidnapping” has created a temporary inability to exercise his functions and, citing its constitutional role as the top interpreter of the charter, orders Vice President Delcy Rodríguez to assume all powers and duties of the presidency in an acting capacity to “guarantee administrative continuity” and the defense of the nation, instructing immediate notification of the defense council, military high command, and National Assembly.
