Odd-even rule | Delhi minister rides motorcycle to work
Updated on Jan 02, 2016 12:39 pm IST
Delhi tourism minister Kapil Mishra rode a motorcycle to work on Friday, the first day of a new state government regulation that allows only select cars to ply on week days. Under the new rule cars with a registration number ending with an odd digit can ply on odd number dates and vice versa. The Aam Aadmi Party's state government has enforced the rule between January 1 and January 15, in the hope it'll reduce pollution during heavy fog this time of the year.
