Delhi's air quality is ranked as the worst amongst nearly 1,600 cities surveyed by a World Health Organization.
And, while the odd even formula has seemingly brought down the level of traffic, has it succeeded in bringing down pollution levels in the capital? The Kejriwal government had already declared that the policy has reduced air pollution in Delhi on Monday. But, environmental experts cautioned that the effect would be limited.
