Fresh uncertainty surrounds U.S.-Iran diplomacy after President Donald Trump suggested new talks could take place in Doha, while Tehran firmly denied that any negotiations are scheduled. Iranian officials insist their priority is implementing the Pakistan-Qatar-mediated 14-point memorandum of understanding before discussing a final agreement. Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmaeil Baghaei rejected reports of planned consultations, as President Masoud Pezeshkian stressed that any future deal must be based on mutual respect and full compliance by both sides. Is diplomacy stalling again, or is this another tactical phase in negotiations?
