Mamata bags Bengal but loses Nandigram. She can still be chief minister

Mamata Banerjee led the TMC to a spectacular victory in the West Bengal Assembly Election. However, the Chief Minister lost in her constituency of Nandigram against her former aide & BJP leader Suvendu Adhikari. The seat witnessed a tough battle and saw both candidates leading alternately throughout the day. However, at the end, the local strongman prevailed over Mamata with just 1,956 votes. This does not stop Mamata from taking oath as the Chief Minister for her third consecutive term. Mamata has to get elected to the house within 6 months to be able to continue as CM.
