‘Nation first…’: Mulayam Singh's daughter-in-law Aparna Yadav joins BJP

Mulayam Singh Yadav's daughter-in-law Aparna Yadav joined the BJP in New Delhi on Jan 19. UP deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya, UP BJP chief Swatantra Dev were present during her joining. Expressing her admiration for PM Modi, Aparna said the nation's interest has always been a priority for her. The BJP-SP rivalry reached a notch higher with the party now poaching a family member of the Yadav family. During the event, Maurya was quick to attack Akhilesh Yadav, saying he has not been successful in his family and was also "unsuccessful" as chief minister and MP. Aparna is the wife of Prateek Yadav, son of Mulayam Singh's second wife Sadhana Gupta. Watch the full video for more.
