Top leaders from the BJP and TMC have converged in Nandigram ahead of the second phase of polling in the state. Home Minister Amit Shah held show and campaigned for BJP candidate and local heavyweight Suvendu Adhikari. He said that Suvendu Adhikari’s victory is guaranteed and added that people will teach a lesson to those who did not live up to their promises. Meanwhile, Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee accused the BJP of intimidating voters and urged people to remain cool and vote for the Trinamool.
