PM Modi, in a public speech in Purulia, West Bengal accused Mamata Banerjee of questioning the Army on numerous occasions and also of sympathising with terror elements for political benefits. ‘Bengal remembers who accused army of plotting coup, whose side you took during Pulwama attack,’ PM Modi said. He also spoke on Mamata Banerjee’s injury and wished her a speedy recovery. Calling on voters to remove the TMC from power, PM Modi said that TMC had been reduced to half in the Lok Sabha polls and now it was time to wipe out the Trinamool Congress from the state. In another jibe at the TMC, PM Modi said that while the BJP government in the Centre believes in direct benefit transfer, the TMC government believes in ‘Transfer My Commission.’ Watch the full video for all the details.
