How Aryan Khan’s lawyer argued for bail as NCB claimed ‘drug trafficking’ charge

The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on Wednesday told a Mumbai court that Aryan Khan is ‘indulged in illicit drug trafficking’. NCB also said that Shah Rukh’s son was involved in ‘procuring and distribution of drugs’. Aryan could be sent to prison for 20 years if found guilty. Arguing for Aryan Khan's bail plea, his counsel, senior advocate Amit Desai claimed that his client was not even on the cruise and was apprehended as he was going to attend the party. He said that the accused are some young kids and they have ‘suffered enough’. Aryan has been in a Mumbai jail since Friday and his bail hearing will continue today. Watch the full video for more.
