First US Measles Deaths of 2026 Reported in Pennsylvania as Outbreak Grows

Pennsylvania has reported the first two measles deaths in the United States this year as the country faces its biggest measles surge in decades. Both deaths were in unvaccinated residents of Lancaster County, which has recorded the highest number of cases in the state.
