Ida Keeling keeps proving that age is no bar when it comes to fitness, setting records or writing a book. The 102-year-old New Yorker started running at the age of 67. Since then, she has set the world record for her age group in the 60-metre run and also become the first woman in history to complete a 100-metre run at the age of 100.
