Hardik Patel ditches Congress to join BJP; “Will work under PM as small soldier"

• Patidar leader Hardik Patel, who had quit the Congress a few days ago, has joined the BJP. Ahead of switching sides, months before the Gujarat Assembly elections, Hardik Patel heaped praise on PM Modi. Hardik was once a staunch critic of the BJP. Hardik Patel said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is the pride of the entire world and that he will work as a small soldier in this new chapter.
