Delivering the inaugural address at the 17th edition of the Hindustan Times Leadership Summit, Prime Minister Narendra Modi began by paying homage to Dr BR Ambedkar, the architect of the Indian Constitution, on his death anniversary. PM Modi also revealed how he won the 2019 Lok Sabha election.
