The IDF, on September 24, announced the killing of Hezbollah's missile commander, Ibrahim Qubaisi, in Beirut's Dahiyeh suburb. The strike also resulted in the deaths of other senior Hezbollah officers present at the same location. Qubaisi was a key figure leading Hezbollah's rocket and missile units, including those equipped with precision-guided missiles.
