Necessary but some bits problematic: Jaitley on 3 big SC verdicts

Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley spoke on the second day of the Hindustan Times Leadership Summit 2018. He spoke about the three major judgments that the Supreme Court delivered recently on Sabrimala temple, adultery and Section 377. He said there can't be a generalised comment on them and that there will be more issues that stem out of them. On Section 377, he said reforms come when there is a sustained campaign for them, post which a legislative change or a judicial pronouncement comes.
