BJP to hold 250 press meets, rallies in all districts to blunt CAA criticism

In the wake of massive protests against the recent Citizenship (Amendment) Act, the BJP has announced a mass contact programme. The party plans to mobilise support for the changes to the Citizenship law. The party's national general secretary, Bhupender Yadav accused the Congress and other Opposition parties of disturbing peace in the country. He also said that the party would connect with over 3 crore people to spread awareness about the Act.
