Durga Puja celebrations has Patna in a traffic mess

As many as 500 Durga Puja pandals have come up in Patna in brazen violation of the district administration order not to encroach upon roads. The pandals are leading to heavy traffic snarl-ups, posing a huge challenge to cops.
