General Bipin Rawat : Want all problems conveyed directly to me

Reacting to the recent viral video of a Border Security Force jawan's complaint about poor pay, food and other facilities, the Indian Army Chief General Bipin Rawat has asked troops to raise their complaints internally. He said that whoever has any problem, can go to him directly. He also said that there are suggestion and grievance boxes in the Army headquarters and commands that can be used to make such complaints.
