Mehbooba Mufti: We can’t treat militant’s family like militants

Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti said they can't treat militant's family member same as militants. Addressing a gathering, Mufti said they cannot punish somebody for something which is not done by them.
