Ramchandra Appari: A tree-lover who relocates trees

Updated on Mar 04, 2017 12:44 pm IST

Ramchandra Appari, a 38-year-old man from Hyderabad is serving nature in the most unique way. When there was a mass-felling of trees, Appari used a unique method to save trees. The method helped in co-existence of urbanisation and nature; and also saved the trees from getting destroyed in the process. Appari was introduced to this technique of relocation by a friend in Australia. Ramchandra has relocated 5000 trees since 2009 under Green Morning Horticulture Services Private Limited and has done various projects that will help the unnecessary cutting of trees to stop.
