Student protests spread across country after the JNU violence. Several teachers & students were allegedly attacked by masked men inside the JNU campus. The masked men were also visible in videos from inside the campus. Students from different universities gathered near Mumbai's Gateway of India. Students from IIT Bombay carried out a protest condemning the JNU violence. In Delhi, students protested outside the old Delhi Police headquarters at ITO. Protesters claimed the police did not act promptly in stopping the attacks.
