The man is an e-rickshaw driver, his wife is a politician. The couple campaign on the Delhi streets in their second-hand e-rickshaw. Shobha Lata Devi sits at the back with a loud speaker, asking for support while her husband drives her around. For 20 years, they were BJP supporters. Shoba hopes 2017 is when they will make it big. More than 1200 women are contesting Delhi elections. There are at least 454 'housewives'. Shobha Devi is one of them. On April 23, 1.32 crore Delhiites will decide their fate.
