Umar Khalid shooting: Suspect caught on cam

The CCTV grab of Umar Khalid attacker has surfaced on social media. JNU student Umar Khalid was shot at in New Delhi Monday . The suspect's picture is extracted from CCTV camera on location. The suspect reportedly fired the shot in air outside the Constitution Club. He reportedly dropped his weapon while fleeing location. The incident took place outside the Constitution Club, located in the high-security area near the parliament and several government offices, where he had come for an event titled 'Khauff Se Azaadi'. Organised by an organisation named 'United Against Hate' and featuring speakers like lawyer Prashant Bhushan, late Dalit scholar Rohith Vemula's mother Radhika Vemula and others.
