UP Minister fails to spell out full form of GST

As the Goods and Services Tax (GST) bill is about to roll-out midnight, Uttar Pradesh Minister Rampati Shastri failed to spell out the full form of GST. Social Welfare, Scheduled Castes and Tribal Affairs minister Shastri could be seen fumbling to spell the words and struggling to get the correct answer.
