Bihar legislator Lalan Paswan interrogated friend of a rape victim by asking her the details of the sexual attack on Tuesday. The video of the question went viral on social networking sites. Later, Lalan Paswan explained and said that he was misunderstood by the people. A girl was allegedly raped and murdered in Bihar's Hajipur after which Paswan visited the Dalit girls hostel in the area where he questioned the minor so as to ascertain the veracity of the incident.
