Watch | Delhi continues to choke under thick blanket of smog

A thick blanket of smog continued to cover the national capital with pollution levels continuing to toe an alarming level. With pollution on a spike and breaching the safe limit by over 17 times at several places, a murky cloud of smog continued to surround the city. However, the Delhi government announced a list of emergency measures to combat the situation including the shutting down of all schools for the next three days.
