India rejected China's call for PM-Wang Yi meet during unannounced Delhi visit

Beijing reportedly reached out to New Delhi for Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi to call on PM Modi. Request for PM-Wang Yi meet declined; Indian officials conveyed that PM had to attend Yogi's oath-taking ceremony. As per reports, India 'politely but firmly' turned down Beijing's request for the meeting .The Chinese Foreign Minister arrived on an unannounced visit on Thursday & left the next day.
